Wanhao Dial Indicator Mount

I was looking for an dial indicator mount for my Monoprice Maker Select v2 (Wanhao Duplicator i3 clone) that was 1) inline with the print nozzle and 2) designed with strength and minimal material usage in mind. I wasn't able to find one that worked for me. So, here's my version of a dial indicator mount for a Wanhao Duplicator i3.

I designed the mount specificly for a [Harbor Freight Dial Indicator](https://www.harborfreight.com/1-in-travel-machinists-dial-indicator-63521.html), but this mount will work for any dial indicator with a 9.5mm stem.

Prepare the clamping mechansim by taping the smaller hole on the clamp tab using a M4x07 tap. The original design called for a M4x10mm thumb screw. However, an alternate configuration ([4mm bolt](https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-4-Count-4-mm-0-7-x-16-mm-Zinc-Plated-Metric-Hex-Bolts/3012753) and [wing nut](https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-4mm-Zinc-Plated-Metric-Regular-Wing-Nut/3012779)) was used as a result of availability.
