Wanhao Duplicator I3 E3D v6 Zero Offset Convertible

I liked the original adapter at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2573331 but I was interested in trying out a way to swap between direct drive and bowden styles without fiddling with all the screws. Found the 0 offset version at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2928443 but I wanted to use the original x-axis endstop arm if possible - and, additionally, center the hole on the direct drive mount block.
