This is a cooling adapter for Wanhao Duplicator i3 Mini I designed and use myself. It provides dual stream cooling for the part being printed as well as hotend cooling. Some printer modifications and additional parts are needed to make this work.
Parts:
1 x 5015 blower fan
1 x 3010 axial fan
2 x M3 bolts
1 x M4 bolt
1 x M4 nut
Printer modifications:
1. Take off the stock fan plate
2. Cut off left hotend guard
3. Rotate the whole hotend 90 degrees CW
After doing all that, take the printed cooling adapter, slot in 3010 extruder cooling fan (no bolts needed!), mount 5015 fan and secure it with M4 nut & bolt. Mount the whole assembly on hotend plate by screwing 2 M3 bolts into the existing holes. Connect all the fans (in parallel, of course) - and that's it!
