Wanhao Duplicator Screen and button box

Hi everyone.

After putting a fourth motherboard in my Makerbot Replicator 1... I now also had to replace the screen and buttons.

I bought a set from Wanhao (for the duplicator 4)... which works fine with a Replicator style mightyboard, but doesn't fit the housing.

So I created a custom box for the parts that fits on the front of my Replicator 1.

I used a reamer to make the holes for the bolts fit perfectly and some sanding paper on the red pieces (making the design perfect would have taken longer).

The Washers you either print as a tube (no fill/bottom/top), or drill a hole through em (4mm long washers for the screen, 7mm for the buttons).

The bolts n nuts were just 8 15mm long 3mm wide ones from a local hardware store.
