I liked the bracket in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1448260, but it was not very strong and kept breaking. Also, I wanted to move the cables a little farther to the rear. So I designed this bracket. I was able to completely hide all of the cables and get them out of the way of the filament and the top of the printer when going all the way to 180mm.
EDIT: I added some close up pictures showing the bracket from the front and rear. On the rear, you can see where you need to add 2 M3 screws and nuts to attach to the cable chain. On the front, you can see where I reused the existing screws that used to hold the cable chain. I find it much easier to attach the cable chain first, then move into position and attach old screws from the front.
I also strongly recommend turning your extruder stepper motor so that the cables come out the rear. Just remove the 4 bolts on the bottom of the motor, gently remove the face plate, rotate 90 degrees, and reassemble. Very easy.
