Warlock Clip Tool

This is a work in progress.
I think it is pretty close but will need to verified by someone with a real clip for the Warlock tile system from Wiz Kids.
I will update it as I get some feedback on how it is working.
The tolerances are very small, so I anticipate some revisions.
Hope to release one for Dragonlock clips as well.
Stronger is better. I would go 75% infill at least.
