Washer Drain Tool

This is a tool to help remove the "coin tray" trap on many Maytag/Whirlpool washing machines. Helps save your fingers and prevents damage from using pliers.

To access your trap, pull the screws from the kick panel and remove the kick panel.

You can use a shopvac under the drain if needed, mine is next to he sump pump.

You can use a 3/8 ratchet if needed for extra leverage.

You never know what you might find in the trap. So far I've found coins, an open safety pin, bobby pins, a sticker, a baby sock, multiple wads of dog hair, and a few other oddities.
