washer for hotend fix

my version of the washer, i didn't know if the original works, didn't know of it's existence, but here goes mine.

for my fix i also used ptfe tape (that one for plumbery) in both nozzle and heat pipe screws

you will probably need to clean a little of excess filament

if it is far away from being useful make me know, i made this a month ago, problably it's the wrong file, i don't remember but it was the only one i had so it should be.
