WASHINGTON Nameplate

Wedding gift I designed for a friend. Took me a little bit to figure out how to do it efficiently but this is the workflow I made work. I've included the files I used to create the model for reference. Can probably shortcut my process by searching for a text to .dxf in the first place in hindsight.

To replicate;
- Find text to SVG generator, or procure text in SVG format other ways
- Put it through an optimizer if not happy with format(search reddit for svg formatter)
- Take that file and open it in Inkscape. You should be able to save it as a .dxf for use in modeling programs
