If CFK*PLA is used it is necessary to print with a hardened steel nozzle, because this filament is heighly abrassive. Recommended zozzle diameter is 0.3mm, layer height shoould be 0.1mm - for hand positioner it can be also 0.2mm.
All threads must be cut and all holes must be drilled using alcohol, otherwhise the PLA stick to the cutter tool!
All knurl wheels a fixed with loctide.
All 3D-Parts are orientated in the printable position. For hand positioner and movement holder the infill should be honey coump or trinangle with >60% density.
