Water Butt hole plug

I was given a secondhand water butt for collecting rain water and it had a 53mm hole in the side, probably from a pipe that used to go into it. I wanted to plug the hole so I could fill it up further.
The plug is 70mm total doameter, but the shaft that goes through the hole is 50mm diameter.
The main body and nut were printed in PETG and the O rings printed in TPU
