Water filter bleeder button

I bought a whole house water filter that was missing the [bleeder button.](https://imgur.com/a/v1J0YoI) It was $7 for a new assembly, but I already had the screw, small washer and cut a spring off the negative terminal of a broken battery operated device.

This was scaled down to 14.3mm to fit the filter opening and so the screw would fit tightly in the hole in the bottom.
