Water Gun

There are three parts to this water gun. To print the piston and cylinder, you need to use a rigid material (PCTG or PETG) and print them in place, since they fit together. A flexible material (TPU Medium, TPU Semisoft) should be used to print the seal ahead of time. By making the seal 1% bigger, we got the best result. There is too much resistance to insert the seal if it is too big, and the water gun doesn't work right if the seal is too small.But you need to add a break at a z-height of 152.4mm, or Layer number 762 if you print all layers at 0.2mm. The rest of the pictures must be printed after the seal. After pausing the print, carefully put in the oiled seal and start the print again. Try to unlock the piston when the print is done.If the seal isn't tight enough, put the gun completely underwater to reload it. Print and play in the pool Have Fun :)
