Finally got a version to hold up.
this was printed with a 1.2mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer heights 4 perimeters 4 top and bottom.
to replicate this with a 0.4mm nozzle that would mean 12 perimeters 8 top and bottom layers 40% infill with something so vertical you can probably get away with 0.3mm layer height.
