I tested the container the best I could at home by sticking it in a 45 inch deep pool for 2 minutes with the TPU ring and screwed on tightly, and no water got in side. But please under stand that it is not water proof, nothing is ever a hundred percent water proof it's only water resistant. Made for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, camping, and wading through water 🤷. Boost MeIf you what more like this
