I made this radiator on the theory that plastic lets heat out although not as well as metal it should work well so long as it is bigger. With that thought I made it as big as possible that can fit in a 230mm cubed area. It's made to take 4 120mm fans on the bottom, top, or bottom and top. The hole on the top part of the radiator is to let water in via a tube that can rest in there. The tube can be hot glued in so it is more air tight. The hole near the bottom has more reinforcement because it is supposed to be sized right with a drill then have a valve with maybe an added rubber gasket used. I hope I made the walls thick enough so water does not leak out after being 3d printed, but thin enough so heat can escape. I don't have a 3d printer so I can't test it. If water does leak hot glue should be enough to stop the leak so long as the 3d print is not super messed up to begin with.
A few of the air holes next to where the bottom water valve goes has been taken out so a hand ca
