Water Rocket Parachute Deployment System

This design improves off of the design found at the bottom of this. This version has dual fins for better grip and a larger nose cone for a bigger parachute. The fit on this should be a little loose so you might have to sand it or work on but it should fit fine. If you are having trouble assembling this then you can look at the design at the bottom and it should explain about it more. This is a work in Progress!
