Modified Jason's watering spike to be more similar to some I have used in the past, with holes going down the side of a thicker spike.

This should be printed with extra walls and at least 20% infill to get a robust result.

Fixed one overhang spot which may have cause issues printing without supports, added some more structure to a thin spot.
