Watering Sprout - Smaller

Made a smaller version with less holes for smaller bottles (though the thread is still the same size). Also separated the thread collar from the sprout as I had already made another project that uses the same collar (makes it easy to add a seal between the bottle on the head) and lastly made it solid.
