This a a very nice puzzle, where all 5 wave pieces should be placed flat in the box, without using any force.
I created a new version, that has only 3mm high pieces and added a more lightwight box with a special cover, where You can store the 5 pieces, without showing the solution :-)
The tolerances after the print should be, that all 5 pieces just fit vertically in the box. But not all 5 will fit side by side, but one of the pieces can be stored horizontally in the hole of the cover ;-)
Tolerances depend on a perfect calibrated printer, so overextrusion or e.g. "elephant foots" may prevent a correct solution. Most of the times this can be overcome with the CURA setting "horizontal expansion".
In the pictures I show some other trials, but these are not the correct solution! For the print of the 5 pieces I positioned them by chance, so also the printed pattern shouldn't give a hint to the solution. If the tolerances of the hole and groove for the click shut are too small, You
