Waveshare 7 Wifi Mount Fix

This is a bracket to improve the wifi quality of the waveshare 7inch esp32 touch screen.The issue is that the board is mounted directly on a metal plate, that blocks most of the wifi signal. By adding a plate to raise it up, it fixes all the slow connection issues (really helps with updates over wifi)I used the original screens to fit the mount, then some M3x8mm screws to mount the board.
