WDT-Tool

I designed this WDT-tool inspired from a famous brand. Its suitable for 58mm portafilters.It uses a spirographic pattern with diefferent gears to ensure every part of the grounds are mixed properly.The needles are mounted on the gears in an asymmetrical positions to enhance this effect. to ensure the needles don't pile up the grounds to the outside one gear rotates inwards at higher speed. The following parts are needed for assembly:M2 screws4x 8mm length1x 12 mm length4x magnets: Ø5mm x 2mm5x M2 threaded inserts 4mm depth11x Needles upper Ø1mmwatersoluble glueloctite screw glue or nail polishThe threaded inserts need to be inserted with a soldering iron around 60 to 70°C worked fineadd glue on the needle gripzone and glue them into the gears. I prefer water soluble glue, so that i can change broken needles easieradd screw glue or nail polish onto the screws threads when assembling the gears in the main holder. Don't tighten the screws completely or the gears won't rotate.
