WE Apache Gas Router

The gas router for the WE Apache mags. Replaces part #144 (normally $6.99 from KYAirsoft).PrintingI would recommend printing the part top down so the face that contacts the nozzle is on the bed. I would also advise using a glass bed so the face is smooth like the origional part.As for supports, I suggest the standard ones rather than tree supports as the tree supports don't seem to do such a good job on the small overhangs.Below is a screenshot from my slicer: PerformanceFrom a quick half-a-mag test for each router here are some results: AVG FPSMIN FPSMAX FPSStandard router245240255My router245241249 CustomisationWith the attached FreeCAD file you can go in the the spreadsheet and update the height extension to get a better seal on the nozzle, this should increase FPS and consistency but I've not done any further testing. (After updating the spreadsheet you may need to right click on ‘Router’ and click ‘Recompute Object’ before exporting to update the model.)
