Wearable Klappvisor Bascinet (A1 compatible)

Want to feel like a real 14th-15th century knight or man-at-arms?You can now print you own fully wearable Klappvisor style bascinet.The helmet is inspired by my own Klappvisor bascinet and uses the same mechanism to close the visor.If you want to add a maille aventail, the attachement “leather” strip can also be printed.Included is a stand to display you new favorite helmet to your friends. Sizes:The medium size is the absolute maximum I was able to squeeze on a 256x256x256 print bed.It fits for a head size of up to 58cm The large size comforable fits for 60cm+ The small size is just a little desk display.The mechanism is not working at that size, I glued the lock to the hinge, and the hole of the hinges are big enough for a paperclip. I used Bambu PLA Silk in Silver for the helmet and Bambu PLA Wood Rosewood for the aventail. This model was fully designed by myself with no use of any 3D AI. Just to be safe:This is not a suitable protection for any kind of combat, this is just plastic!
