WeatherFlow Vane

Modified vane from morrowwm now emblazoned with the CCFR Logo and a note regarding the PM. Added a 1/4-20 threaded boss to the top for the WeatherFlow Meter to attach, reworked base to allow for bearing installation and a couple of options for a tripod interface.
