As useful as my first solution (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5173211) was it had a few drawbacks. The camera was to much sideways and a bit more distance from the portal would have been better too. Making a long enough arm and attaching it to the portal I didn't consider a good idea. After a while I had an idea (dangerous!). The front left foot of the printer will hold a plate and to keep the printer level the other feet will get a "coaster" of the same thickness.
Besides the printed parts you will need two M6 screws and nuts and 2 fender washers (optional).
I printed with cheap PLA, 0.3mm adaptive layers, 15% cubic infill with dual line and support from bed only for the arm. Hundertwasser built very colorful houses and I bring color to a boring printer design.......
A sightly more detailed description in German can be found here: https://www.die-heimwerker.net/t656f22940-Webcam-Halter-fuer-D-Drucker-Anycubic-Mega-S-mit-OctoPrint.html#msg19865
