I use Octopi to monitor my prints, but I could never get my Logitech C270 camera in a place I was happy with. I found several mounts, but none that worked for me. I don't know what made me think of the Companion Cube, but once the two ideas got together, it worked really well!
I used Poh's Weighted Companion Cube as the base, and snipped the end of a webcam mount design, then resized and fused together with TinkerCAD and here we are. I should attribute the designer of the webcam mount, because even though I only used the tip, the original designer created that tip and it works perfectly -- but the truth is I cannot find the original design.
I recommend supports to the buildplate because there is a lot of cube that is suspended underneath and without supports I had a very messy underside.
The hearts are painted pink, poorly, with acrylic.
