I could not find any webcam cover with thin sides enough to fit my laptop.
So I've created this one with 1.5 mm above webcam and 3 mm below.
The mobile cover part is 2 mm max thick so laptop closes correctly
Fits with my laptop Acer Swift 3 for example
Use double-sided tape on left, right and bottom static part to stick it
global dimensions:
34 x 8.5 x 0.7 mm maximum for static part
7.3 x 6.5 x 2.2 mm maximum for mobile part
aperture dimensions:
20 x 4 mm
