Weighted bars are commonly used in therapy gyms for strength, toning, and conditioning exercises. However, during front raises, they require a pronated grip, which can increase shoulder pain or risk of impingement.
These 3D-printed grip handles solve this by allowing a neutral grip, helping patients perform exercises more safely and comfortably.
Key Features:
‣ Neutral grip orientation to reduce shoulder impingement risk
‣ Snap-on design that quickly attaches to the bar
‣ A Velcro strap can be sewn into openings on the handle to prevent the bar from dropping
‣ Textured surface for grip
‣ Compatible with wrist straps for more grip.
‣ Adaptable fit: the current models are for 38.75mm and 40mm bars but can easily be resized for other bar diameters.
