I live in Canada where it gets COLD. The warm air from the house seems to frost the inner mechanism of one door so I designed a seal to keep the warm humid air from freezing and icing the insides of the lock. The seal consists of an outer and inner ring and are placed on the inside (warm side) of the lockset. The outer ring stays stationary, the inner ring rotates then you turn the knob. minimal humid are enters inner mechanism.
I first printed the inner and outer rings separately on my extrusion printer using whatever filament I had handy. It worked good for several years. I've included the original separate files.
I re-printed as a single assembled file on my resin printer which I've also included. The assembled file has tighter tolerances.
I've included an editable step file should you need to modify it to make more clearance.
One last thing, you may need to scale by 2500% depending if your units match my own.
