WESTHOFF Toolpost Indicator Holder (AXA)

v13 should require minimal sanding for a good fit

With some important tweaks:

The portion that holds the bottom of the tool is 0.87 inches tall instead of 0.75 inches. This is to accommodate the dimensions of my Westhoff indicator.

Now fits a M6 SOCKET HEAD machine screw, and unscrews from the other direction. This should be easier to find. Notably, on the Westhoff, I need a 1.75 inch screw. I recommend buying a 2 inch screw and grinding it to length. You can also modify the f3d file to use a shorter or longer screw. For example, you can inset the nut further for a shorter screw.

A few miscellaneous tweaks for printability and design intent in the model, including fixing (some) underdimensioned features.
