There are a few Rhino Vehicle proxies to use on Thingiverse, but there isn't much in terms of customized parts to make them like the Chaos Rhino's.

I found the skull itself elsewhere on thingiverse (need to find the source!) and added the spike.

Edit: Added a single spike without any skulls on it too, to allow you put loads of them over your transport!
