68mm outer diameter
62mm inner diameter

These were made to get an OE BMW look for a set of aftermarket wheels.

Printing
Print both both pieces laying flat in ABS or similar with 100% infill.

Bonding
Join the two pieces using a glue suitable to bond your material.
If you printed in ABS normal CA glue works fine.
Centre the pieces using a 5mm drill bit or similar. The hole is 5.1mm

Assembly
Get a set of BMW 68mm wheel caps.
Carefully remove the badges from the BMW caps and refit to your printed ones. Some sanding may be required depending on your printer.
Optional - Reuse spring retainer from aftermarket wheel caps that may have come with your wheels
Mind that printed parts like the on tabs these will never be as strong or flexible as injection moulded ones.
