Wheel & Tire

Wheel and Tire. I modeled these in AutoCAD as an exercise in projecting the tread onto a round 3D surface. They are basic and can be easily adapted to many applications. Although one of the photos shows supports, they are not needed. Both the wheel and tires can be printed without supports. The tires are meant to be printed with TPU. The wheel printed very well with Basic PLA and PLA-CF (carbon fiber). The tire will fit on the wheel. It is meant to be a tight fit. I would suggest setting the wheel on a flat surface and pressing the flexible TPU tire over the wheel. Please feel free to contact me if you need specific dimensions or modifications.
