It's very difficult to drive through the snow on a wheelchair.
Some brands designed and sell wheelchair ski, but the price is very high.
Another disadvantage is that a user has to remove ski on the road and put back on snow.
We designed a wheelchair ski that you don't need to remove each time as a small portion of the wheel goes through the blade and gives you an ability to go on any terrain - roll on asphalt and slide on snow.
Printing instructions:
1. You have to prepare STL files first (https://youtu.be/MzoUjUEXP3o).
1.1 Open UNAWheel_ski_date.SLDASM file with SolidWorks 2017 or newer
1.2 Press Edit wheel part
1.3 Press Edit equation
1.4 Insert your wheel diameter, shaft diameter and a wheel width
1.5 Press Ok
1.6 Save as STL (You don't need to print wheel.stl file)
2. Print 2 ski files, 2 support and latch files and 2 more support and latch files in the mirror orientation
4-5 walls, 4-5 bottom and top layers
50% triangle infill f
