Edit: I highly recommend that if you are wanting to built a corexy that you go with the railcore design. I've been fighting small issues in print quality and am at the point of blaming the mini-v gantries for not being rigid enough for the forces of a corexy, especially one with an offset belt system. I'll be buying and installing rails here shortly.

Was inspired by the railcore ii and decided to rebuild my dbot in that style. The design uses openbuilds mini-v gantry carts for the x and y axis linear rails, and two universal gantries on 80mm rails for the z axis.

I used random aluminum extrusions I had in my stash of spares and cutoffs, but I tried to design the parts to work with other 20mm based extrusion layouts for the frame.

All models were done in freecad and the source has been uploaded. Use those to make any modifications for your specific frame.

My printable area is 300x250 in the x and y axis, and ~350 in the z axis.
