Whistleblower Whistle

A tribute to Edward Snowden's badassery in blowing the whistle (see what i did thar) on the NSA's autocrat-candy surveillance programs.

This whistle doesn't actually make noise, but whistle noises aren't good for opsec, so it's a feature not a bug. You're welcome to change it though if you're a whistle expert.
