Whiteboard eraser holder

I had already printed a nice pen holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2738817) so only needed something for the eraser. Designed to hold a fairly large eraser (~60x50mm base), the holder has an indentation on the back face to take a 40x40mm 3M double-sided foam pad.
