Wiener Whistle

This is a mashup of [Hotdog](https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/hotdog) by [3DBuilder](https://cults3d.com/en/users/3DBuilder/creations) and [Emergency Whistle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:495172) by [DarkAlchemist](https://www.thingiverse.com/darkalchemist/designs). I just transplanted the internal whistle structure into the hotdog mesh and extended the openings. It works fine.
