A 5 feet wig holder with minimal material, fastest and easiest printability (one shot print without support ) and robustness granted.
No supports are needed.
A large build plate is needed, around 250mm x 250mm.
The Z axis must be around 330mm.
Here you can find a video of the wig holder: https://youtu.be/VBlGI_7qpp4
All designs are designed to be printed in spiralized outer contour (vase mode) with 0.6mm or 0.8mm line width, both versions are available. This will guarantee no seam and fast and consistent print. You can use a 0.6/0.8mm diameter nozzle or just tweak the line width via SW using CURA. With a 0.4mm nozzle you can reach up to the double of line width, 0.8mm.
There are 2 designs of the wig holder:
- Type A: the simpler version.
- Type B: more elegant version with a bell shape on the bottom part
