Wiggly (?) Spinner Fidget

I wondered if a shift of the weights of these spinner fidget thingies everybody makes nowerdays would do anything. I'm not good at physics so either this fact or the screws i used as weights were not heavy enough means that the offset of mass is too little for a significant effect. I did feel a small change in behaviour when shifting these small weights around. So i thought i'd post this idea here and see if the community has anything to improve about this... ;)

a few hours later: ok, i've um... fidgeted a little with this thing and its definitely harder to ballance on one finger when the bolts are out of ballance so one could adjust the level of difficulty on the spinner... i will try to with more weight....
