I took @3DFreeman's excellent Wii steering wheel system and added some hooks for a rubberband. Mounting the rubber band to the clamp and then the wheel (see images) causes the wheel to "snap back" to center like a real wheel would. I find this is excellent for my little one, who hasn't quite grasped the concept of "driving straight" yet without a little help. The clips are out of the way and thick enough that they shouldn't snap off even with the tension of the rubberband constantly pulling against them.

The small hooks require supports if you print face down. The rest of the wheel does not, so rather than just turning supports on, I recommend just manually painting some on the hooks themselves in order to save filament. I've only posted the wheel itself here. To use it, you'll also need to get 3DFreeman's clamped mounting system: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6821001
