Wii2HDMI replacement case

A replacement case for a Wii2HDMI.
If you ever removed or broke the case for a Wii2HDMI adapter then this print is here to replicate the case while making it easier to open up in the future.
There are two versions that I have come across that require a different cover piece to be printed. Type A (~6.2mm distance between the aux port and hdmi port) and Type B (~4.2mm distance between the aux port and hdmi port)
