Wild Goose Infeed Separator Modification

This part is designed to aid in can separation on a Wild Goose WG8/WG600 or similar machine. We found that cans (especially shrink wrapped cans) had difficulty diverging into the two lanes on our WG8. I designed this part to hold a bearing at the apex of this divergence to aid in separation.

This part is designed to give you adjustability for different can configurations, and mounts between the two delrin rails at the can infeed side of the machine.

We have been using this part on both of our canning lines since April 2021 with great success. This part has made all the difference for us when we use shrink-wrapped cans. We have tested this part with standard 211 cans, 16oz cans, 12oz sleek cans, and 375ml cans all with great success.
