Winch take Three

This is remix of conquerorofbits' winch, take 3. Changes:
1) Replaced the printed bolts with steel ones to prevent breakage across layer lines.
2) Added a bolt to the crank handle so it won't break.
3) Added a spring to the pawl
4) Increased the diameter of the uprights to make the winch more stable.

You need to download conquerorofbit's files for the spool, both gears, the top retainer and the washer. I think everything else is here in both STEP and STL formats.
