My winding machine - kept simple to individual units having it hence flexible and easy to store and install, when needed.
The machine can cope with spools up to 85mm wide and the centering parts are designed for 50 to 54mm inner diameter.
Please, excuse my technical terms for the individual parts - I'm not a native.
In the thing-files section, you ma find the assy drawing of added help to identify the indiviual parts.
Guideline:
You'll need to print at least:
- 2x bearing_block_vXX
- 1x driver_belt_wheel_vXX
- 1x motor_belt_pully_4mm (for a geared motor having a shaft of 4mm)
- 1x motor02_holder (for the motor referenced below in the materials list)
For pulling the target filament spool print:
- 1x driver_counter_lock
- 1x driver_holder
- 1x driver_pulley
The design is setup for an M5 axel.
Other parts, which you'll need:
