I saw a picture of this Windmill Submarine on the cover May 1964 Popular Mechanics and thought it would be a fun build. The hull is based on the USS Skipjack so the scale is about 1/308. I tried to find out what happen with the test of the design but no luck maybe some RC person would build a working model. I know I would if I had the time.
