This is tight fit. I keep the left 3 sections connected (haven't glued them or anything). Then, after inserting the left section into the window, I insert the right section and slide the dove tail together. Printed with ABS and PETG support interface. Please modify print settings accordingly, I went heavy using 1.6kg of ABS. Using this in the Midwest without any draft from the print. May be necessary to install sealing tape/foam between the top and bottom windows as once opened the top window's bottom edge may not seal against the glass of the bottom window.
