Window Plant Pot Holder

I want to open my window without clear the windowsill from plant pots and so I have considered what to do. Bevore two years in other rooms I have construct a wooden shelf who was screwed with two stable hinges on the wall as a plant pot regal. Icould it swing away bevore I open the window. Now in this room in the kitchen window I want to do a little plant pot directly on the window. There is even place for some other pots and holder clips. So I can swing up the window easily when I want to look out. I have some problems with leakproof and paint it with resin. In the little box behind the waterreservoir I will put in some electronic like a reed relais, a buzzer and a little batterie who is beeping when the tank is empty. There is a permanentmagnet at the other side in the small reservoir who goes up and down like the water level and switch the reed-relais on.
