Window screen, the pull handle broke, flimsy plastic. Actually had 12 screens, new, with handles that easily broke. Company would not replace the screens, told me to go buy new handles, put them on myself. But that is why I REPLACED THE SCREENS, so I did not have to re-screen the screens !!
So I designed a handle that will SCREW onto the lower screen rail, this still clears the window channel itself because the top window, adjacent to the screen, does not need to get pushed the whole way to bottom of track, it has a stop point about 3 inches from bottom.
Handle mounts on front of the track. Handle is printed with 2 mm (approx) pilot holes. Drill out the pilot holes with 5/64 drill, (first two layers get printed, because if I had holes go the whole way through, the print plate kept messing them up), then line up the pull handle in center of rail, again drill 5/64 hole through just the closest layer of the aluminum rail (NOT through the back of rail), and then use #4 pan head 3/8
